Workshops, Training, Leadership

Neighbourhood Collective works across Australia to build community capacity, connection and social cohesion via workshops and masterclasses. We also offer consultancy for not-for-profits and government.

We are able to tailor training to specific community groups and organisations, and are able to offer all workshops as face-to-face or online sessions. Our work is founded on Asset Based Community Development and cultural equity principles and we share the lessons learnt, innovation and solutions that have made the Old Church such as successful and vibrant community hub over the last twelve years.

All workshops are delivered by two qualified senior staff who have lived experience and have delivered at least 100 hours of strength-based training.  Our CEO, Rosita Vincent, is always one of facilitators, who has over 20 years’ experience of community work and facilitation,

To make an inquiry or find out when our next workshops are, please contact Rosita at rose@collective.org.au or 0458290402.
